1 - 15 1/4 ounce can whole kernel corn (undrained)
1 - 14 3/4 ounce can cream style corn
1 - 8 1/2 ounch Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix
1 - stick butter softened to room temperature
1 - 8 ounce carton sour cream
1 1/2 cups grated cheddar cheese

1. Preheat oven to 350º
2. Mix all ingredients, except cheese, together
3. Place in 9x13 greased pan
4. Bake uncovered for 45 minutes, or until top is golden
5. Sprinkle cheese on top and return to oven and bake until cheese melts

Variations: Ad a 10 ounce can of drained RoTel diced tomatoes and green chiles. If you don't have a Jiffy mix, substitute 1 cup of yellow cornmeal.
