Ingredients:
1 rack of pork ribs
Beef or chicken stock
1/3 c molasses
1/3 c balsamic vinegar
1/3 c Guinness extra stout beer

Directions:
Directions:
Cut ribs into 2-3 sections for easier handling. Put them in pot, cover with beef or chicken stock and boil gently for about 45 minutes to an hour.

Meanwhile, mix together the molasses, balsamic vinegar and Guinness. When ribs are tender, place them into the beer mix, meat side down. When cooled, cover and refrigerate overnight.

Next day, throw them on the grill (they can also be broiled). Baste as they cook until just heated through. Eat them up!
