9 Cups Ground Chicken
5 Boiled Eggs
1 C Diced Celery
1/4 C Diced Sweet Onion
16 oz jar Sweet Pickle Relish
2 1/2 C Hellman's Mayo
2 t Sugar
1 t Salt
Can add quartered red grapes and pecan pieces if desired

Directions:
Boil a Chicken till tender. I normally use the old hen that I used to make dressing. Boil 1 hour for regular chicken or 2 hours for old hen. Debone and save broth for other recipe.
Grind Chicken with the largest grinding option.
Place eggs in water and once boiling, boil for 15 minutes. Grind eggs and add to chicken.
Finely dice celery and onions.
Add celery, onions, sweet pickle relish, mayo, sugar and salt. Stir together until mixed.
Can add red grapes and pecan pieces if desired.
