1/2 C vegetable oil
4 oz unsweetened baking chocolate
(Melted and cooled)
2 C granulated sugar
2 tsp vanilla
4 eggs
2 C all purpose flour
2 tbsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 C powered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix oil, chocolate, granulated sugar and vanilla.
Stir eggs in one at a time.
Stir in flour, baking powder, salt.

Cover and refrigerate at least 3 hours.

Preheat oven to 350º.
Drop large teaspoon size dough balls into the powdered sugar.
Placed on greased cookie sheet.
Bake 10-12 minutes.
