1/2 lb. butter (2 cubes)
2/3 c. sugar
3 egg yolks
2 & 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. almond extract
Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar. Mix in other ingredients. Chill dough for 30 to 60 minutes. This makes it firmer and easier to get dough through the tube. Press dough through a spritz cookie tube and shape into wreaths. Can add green food coloring to dough and small red candies for decorative wreaths. Bake in 350 º for 7-10 minutes.
