2 cups frozen spinach, thawed
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup sour crème
1 small can diced water chestnuts
½ cup diced sweet onion
½ cup diced carrots (about 1 large one)
1 pkg Knorr’s Vegetable Dip mix
1 tsp garlic powder
Sprinkle of Cayenne
Fresh bread loaf (French, sourdough, pumpernickel, etc)

Directions:
Directions:
• Toss all ingredients together. Place in fridge to chill about 30 min before serving with diced French bread.

** Or, the way I like to do is get a large, round pumpernickel or sourdough bread loaf, cut out the center to make a bowl. Place dip inside the bowl. Cut the piece you took out into cubes and serve around the outside of the bowl on the plate for dipping.
