10 lb bag Yams
2 Cups Brown Sugar
3 Sticks Butter
1 Cup Pecans, halved
large bag Marshmallows, mini
1 tsp.Salt
1 tsp. Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Pierce yams with a fork and put on tinfoil lined cookie sheet. Bake at 400º for 1 hour or until yams are very soft. Cool, remove skin and roughly mash leaving a little chunky. Add salt and pepper.Stir in pecans and 1/3 bag of marshmallows. Melt butter in a saucepan, add brown sugar and stir well. Gently fold brown sugar mixture into yam mixture. Cover with tinfoil and bake at 325º for 25 minutes. Remove tinfoil and cover with marshmallows. Broil until marshmallows are golden brown.
