1, 3 1/2-oz. package instant vanilla pudding mix
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup oil
1/2 cup water
4 eggs

3 tbsp. butter, melted
3 tbsp. water
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 1/4 cup confectionary sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Beat together cake mix, sour cream, oil, water, and vanilla. Add eggs one at a time, beating between each addition. Stir in chocolate chips. Pour into greased and floured bundt pan. Bake for 50 minutes.
Don't start icing until cake is ready to ice. Cake should be iced while still slightly warm. Beat together melted butter, water, vanilla, and confectionary sugar. Pour over cake.
Variations:
Can also make chocolate cake by substituting chocolate cake mix and chocolate pudding mix. To make icing, add 1/3 cup cocoa to melted butter and then reduce the amount of confectionary sugar by 1/3 cup.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
This is super good...one of my favorite, go to cakes for a while. Also made this by substituting chocolate cake mix and chocolate pudding for the yellow cake mix and vanilla pudding. Added about 1/3 cup baking cocoa to icing and reduced the amount of confectioners sugar by an equal amount. Ice while cake is warm and don't make icing until ready to ice or it gets too thick.
