3 1/2 c. Flour
1 1/2 c. Sugar
1/2 lb. Melted Butter
4 tsp. Baking Powder
2 tbsp. Anise or Vanilla Flavoring

Put sugar in a bowl and add melted butter, mix well
Add beaten eggs, mix well
Add flavoring, flour and baking powder
Cook in a Pizzelle maker

1 c - 00 flour
1/3 c melted butter
1/2 c sugar
zest of one lemon
1 tsp anisette
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp baking powder
salt

In a bowl, add eggs, sugar, butter, and a pinch of salt. Mix well. Add flour, lemon zest, vanilla, baking powder, and anisette. Still well. Add to hot pizelle maker, cook 20 seconds.

Cuisinart Recipe
1 3/4 c AP Flour
2 tsp baking powder
3 large eggs
3/4 c sugar
1/2 c unsalted butter
1 tbsp vanilla or anise

Preheat setting 3
Combine APF and BP -
mix eggs and sugar for 1 minute on medium until thick
on low speed add butter and vanilla for 15 seconds until combined
Add flour and mix 10-15 seconds until combined (don't overmix)
Lightly brush the grids (top and bottom) with vegetable oil

Drop 1 1/2 - 2 tsp onto grid, close and lock. When the light turns red it comes on and when the green light shines, they're ready
Remove with a heatproof plastic utensil
Cool on a rack and dust before serving
