Ingredients:  
1- 9 inch square pan of cornbread
4 slices light bread in pieces
2 diced onions
6 diced celery stalks
2 eggs
salt , pepper and sage to taste
1/2 cup oyster or 1/4 sausage
2 cup warm water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all together using large spoon or hand. The mixture should be dry-juicy but not runny. Butter inside of turkey or chicken being stuffed and baked. If the stuffing is used in pork chops or other meats, bake until vegetables are done- if your in a hurry saute onions and celery first.
