3 lbs. Pepperoni (deli meat not stick)
3 lbs. Proscuittini (pepper ham)
1 lb. Extra Sharp Cheddar
1 lb. Fresh Basket Cheese

Egg Mixture:
24 Eggs
6 oz. Grated Parmesan (or more to your liking)
Garlic Powder
Salt and Pepper

Crust:
3 c. Flour
1 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Pepper
1/2 tsp. Baking Powder
1/2 c. Crisco
1/2 c. Cold Water
3 Eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat Oven to 300º

Dice the pepperoni, peppered ham, basket cheese, and cheddar into very small pieces
Mix all ingredients for egg mixture
Make crust (or buy pie shells)
Mix flour and salt, cut in Crisco, add eggs and water; mix well
Roll out between wax paper for top and bottom crust
Grease and flour 9 x 13" pan, add crust then the filling and egg mixture
Seal with top crust, brush with egg mixture and poke holes in the top crust

Bake 2 hours for a 9 x 13" pan, less for individual pies
Cool in pan on rack for 1/2 hour, turn upside down; cool 1 hr. Refrigerate
