3/4 c. milk , scalded
2 eggs slightly beaten
1 tb. fat
1/4 c. soft bread crumbs
1 1/2 c. ground or minced boiled ham

Goes well with:
2 c. canned peas or veggie
buttered toast triangles
sauted mushroom caps
dash of paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Stir milk gradually into beaten eggs; add fat, bread crumbs, ham and paprika. Turn into well-buttered custard cups or timbale molds. Place in shallow pan of hot water and bake moderate oven 350º about half hour or until knife inserted comes out clean. Unmolded on hot buttered toast triangle. Serve can veggies and mushroom caps.
