1 Cup Milk,
3/4 cup Butter,
1/4 cup Sugar,
4 cups sifted flour,
1/2 tsp salt,
1 pack of yeast in a 1/4 cup of water
2 eggs at Room temp.

Directions:
Directions:
Heat milk, butter, sugar, salt until butter melts. Cool slightly before adding Yeast mixture. Add 2 cups of flour then beat in Eggs then add remaining flour and beat for 2 minutes. Place in greased bowl and let rise for 2 hours.

Punch down, roll out to 1/8" thick in a Pie Shape. Slice into pizza wedges and Brush with melted butter Roll up and place on sheet pan, cover let rise for 1hour
Bake 400 degrees for 10 min.
