9-inch pie crust
4 cups peaches, peeled and sliced (8-10)
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/2 c sugar
1 egg
2 T cream
1/4 c brown sugar
1/2 c flour
1/4 c butter
Directions:
Directions:
Add peaches to pie crust. Sprinkle mixture of nutmeg and sugar over peaches. Mix egg and cream together and pour over peaches. Mix brown sugar, flour, and butter until crumbly, and then sprinkle over peaches. Bake at 425º for 35 to 45 minutes

This is Granny's recipe, but I think my mom perfected it over years of practice...nailing the pie crust and filling it with good ol' Georgia peaches. The streusel topping is the best part!
