6 Granny Smith Apples (or your favorite kind)
2 tbsp sugar
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 c brown sugar
3/4 c old fashioned oats
1/2 c butter

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

Cut. core, and slice your apples.

Combine apples slices with white sugar and 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon in a medium bowl to coat; pour into a 9-inch square baking dish.

Mix brown sugar, oats, flour, and 1 teaspoon cinnamon in a bowl. Add the cold butter and mix together with a fork until crumbly. Spread over the apples to the edges of the baking dish.

Bake in preheated oven until golden brown and sides are bubbling, about 40 minutes.
