Ham:
1 precooked, spiral sliced ham (8-10lbs)

Glaze:
2 cups pineapple orange juice
3/4 cup ketchup
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 tbsp maple syrup
1 tbsp molasses
1/2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp Teriyaki sauce
1 tsp minced garlic
1 tsp onion powder
Salt to taste
Red pepper flakes to taste

Miscellaneous:
Smoker/outdoor grill setup for indirect cooking
1 handful of soaked apple wood chips
1 handful of soaked cherry wood chips

Glaze:
Put all ingredients in a pot and bring to a boil
Once the glaze starts to boil reduce the temperature and simmer for 20 minutes (stir occasionally)
Remove from heat and let the glaze rest (best to prep the glaze the night before and refrigerate to let the flavors come together)

Ham:
Soak your wood chips at least an hour before putting the ham on the grill
Prepare grill for indirect cooking
Pre heat grill to 250 degrees
While grill is coming to temp remove ham from the fridge
Add wood chips to the grill
Put ham on the grill and cook via indirect heat
Apply first glaze after 45 minutes then reapply glaze every 30-45 minutes
Cook ham to an internal temp of 145 degrees (roughly 2.5-3 hours for a 9lb ham)
