1 table spoon water
1 table spoon citron juice

6 medium size apple (peeled and cut)


250 gr flour
250 gr powdered sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
4 egg
250 gr unsalted butter, room temperature

Place in your baking pan 8 table spoon sugar, 1 table spoon water, 1 table spoon citron juice and burner over low heat when is caramalised, arrange the apples slices in the baking pan, being sure to crowd the pan as much as possible. And sprinkle cinnamon

In the stand mixer, beat on low speed in 3 mn, the butter, flour, baking powder, powdered sugar and 4 egg.
And pour over the fruit in the baking pan, cover the fruits completely with mixture using a spatula

Preheat your oven to 350�F or 180� and cook 20 or 30 mn or until the top of the cake is golden brown and a thin knife or toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

Run a knife around the edges of the cake. Place your cake plate over the cake and, using hot pads, carefully flip the cake over. Remove the cake pan.
