6 Italian sausages, cut into 2" pieces
1 lb cubed beef chuck
1 onion, chopped
1 clove garlic
2 green peppers, sliced
2 cans drained kidney beans
4 potatoes, peeled and sliced
1 t basil
2 cups beef broth
1 can tomato sauce
Directions:
Directions:
Brown sausage, beef, onion and garlic. Add peppers and put into large casserole dish.
Top with beans, potatoes and basil
Pour broth and tomato sauce over the top
Bake for 1 hours and 15 minutes at 350º
