6 eggs, hard boiled & chopped
1/4 cup onion, chopped
1/4 cup stuffed green olives, chopped
1 can (12 oz.) luncheon meat, chopped (2 cups)
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup salad dressing
1/4 tsp. salt - dash pepper
6 lettuce leaves
1 round loaf French or Italian bread
Directions:
Directions:
Mix everything together, except lettuce & bread. Chill.
Slice bread in half, crosswise. Use a biscuit cutter to remove centers.
Spread salad on bottom, top with lettuce & top of bread.
Cut into 10 sandwiches.

You can also just make this on a long loaf of French or Italian bread.
Also garnish with tomatoes &/or cheese.
Friends & family that have eaten this have never been able to identify the ingredients. But they've all enjoyed the sandwich.
