1 (9 oz.) or ½ (18 oz.) package Tyson Diced Chicken Breast
2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1 c. chopped onion
1 c. thinly sliced celery
½ c. chopped green bell pepper
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 ½ tsp. chili powder
½ tsp. ground cumin
½ tsp. salt
2 cans (15 oz.) navy or Great Northern beans, rinsed and drained
1 can (14 ¾ oz.) chicken broth
1 can (14 ½ oz.) diced tomato, undrained
1 can (4 oz.) diced green chilies, drained

Heat oil in Dutch oven over medium heat. Add chicken, onion, celery, green pepper, garlic, chili powder, cumin, and salt. Cook, stirring frequently, 8 minutes
or until vegetables are tender. Add beans, broth, tomatoes, and green chilies.
Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer 10 minutes to blend flavors.

Cooking time: 30 minutes.
