1 cup + 2 Tbls. flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 cup butter
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 egg
6 oz. chocolate chips
1/2 cup chopped nuts
6 T. sugar
6 T. brown suga
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º. In a small bowl, combine flour, soda, and salt. Set aside. In large bowl, combine butter, sugars, and vanilla. Beat until creamy. Beat in egg, gradually add flour mixture. Stir in chocolate chips and nuts. Drop by spoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 9 - 11 minutes.

Pan Method: Prepare dough as directed. Spread into greased 13 x 9 pan. Bake at 375º for 12 -15 minutes. Cool, cut, and serve.
