Deep dish frozen pie shell
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup light corn syrup
3 eggs
1/3 cup melted butter
1 t vanilla extract
1/4 t salt
1 cup pecans
1/2 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
1/2 semi-sweet chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Thaw pie shell (important to use a deep dish pie shell for this recipe)
Roughly chop pecans and combine with chocolate chips and coconut flakes. Pour these into the bottom of the pie shell
Combine sugars, corn syrup, eggs, melted butter, vanilla and salt and pour over the top of the chocolate/pecan mix in the pie shell.
Bake at 350º for 50 minutes and allow to cool completely before serving.
