3 tbsp. coconut oil
1 tbsp. curry powder
2 tsp. curry powder
2 tsp garlic salt or 1 clove fresh garlic finely grated
1 tsp cinnamon
1 cup each - pecans, walnuts, almonds, cashews

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350ºF
In a glass baking dish place the coconut oil. Place in oven to melt. Gather spices in a small bowl.
Remove the baking dish with melted oil from the oven. Add the spice mixtures stirring well. Add nuts to the pan, stirring until well coated.
