Cooking spray
1 sleeve saltine crackers
2 sticks butter
1 c light brown sugar
8 oz semisweet chocolate chips

Directions:

Preheat oven to 425º.

Line 1 med cookie sheet with aluminum foil - spray with Pam. Arrange crackers, salt side down in a single layer. Melt butter and brown sugar together and boil until it turns a caramel color. Remove from heat and pour over crackers. Place in oven and cook for 3 - 5 min. until bubbly - watch carefully. Pour chocolate chips on top evenly - put back in oven til completely melted. Spread evenly - put in freezer for about 20 min - remove - break into pieces.
