14 oz. can artichoke hearts, well drained
1 lb. cream cheese, room temp
8 oz. mascarpone cheese, room temp
1 c. parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp. fresh thyme
1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper
1 T. fresh parsley, minced
1 clove garlic minced
5 green onions, finely chopped
16 oz. fresh spinnach
Salt and pepper

Preheat oven to 325 degrees.

Mix all ingredients and place into an oven safe pan and bake for 25 minutes or until bobbly.
