A lot of oil for frying
2 c. well cooked rice
6 eggs
2 T backing powder
2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 pkg. saffron
salt

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oil for deep frying.

Mix flour and baking powder and let sit for 30 minutes. Add sugar, salt, and saffron and mix. Add rice and eggs. Stir well. form dough so that balls form when dropped in oil.

dust with cinnamon and server with honey.
