1 c. long grain rice
chicken thighs (skin on)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1.5 c. water
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325 degrees.

Scatter rice on bottom of greased 9x13" pan and lay the chicken pieces on top skin side up. Combine the other ingredients and pour on top and cook for about 2 hours.
