Ingredients:
Ingredients:
Crust
1 package of Sugar Cookie Dough or...
(any kind of pie or tart crust you like)

Cream Cheese Filling
6 oz Cream Cheese, softened
1/2 c Sour Cream
1/2 tsp vanilla
2 Tbsp sugar

Fruit Topping
Use any fresh or canned fruit that is available
Approx 2-3 cups
Combinations such as strawberries, blueberries and mandarin oranges; or kiwi, blackberries and pineapple make colorful combinations.

Directions:
Directions:
For the crust spread dough evenly over the bottom and up the sides of a tart or pie plate. Prick crust lightly to avoid puffing up. Cook in the oven according to package directions, about 10-12 minutes. COOL COMPLETELY

Mix second set of ingredients well until smooth with no lumps

Prepare fruit by washing fresh fruit, drain canned fruit (saving about 1/2 cup of liquid) and spread all fruit out on paper towels to dry completely.

Assembly of tart:
Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the baked crust. Arrange the fruit close together on top to completely cover the filling so little or no white shows. Make decorations or patterns to suit your taste.

Add an optional glaze to make the tart look like it is right out of a French Bakery.
1/2 c saved fruit juice
2 tbsp water
1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp cornstarch

Mix in a small sauce pan, stir constantly over medium heat until it boils and thickens. Cool and drizzle over fruit.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
This is one that Jason's girls and I have made together several times during their summer visits. Lots of fun and artistic too.
