½ cup sugar
pinch cream of tartar
1 cup chocolate chips

Beat egg whites until foamy. Add sugar gradually and cream of tartar. Beat until stiff. Fold in chips. Spoon onto foil-lined baking sheet and bake at 250°F for 25-30 minutes.
