1 1/2 cups of cornmeal
2 1/2 cups self rising flour
1/2 cup sugar
2 eggs
1.5 cups milk
2/3 cup oil

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Heat some oil in a cast iron, and brown slightly. Pour in the batter. Bake at 350º until golden brown. You can also use the batter to make little corn cakes. They are delicious!
