2 cups sugar
1 3/4 cup flour
3/4 cup Hershey's Cocoa
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
2 eggs
1 cup milk
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 tsp vanilla extract
3/4 cup boiling water
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º

Combine dry ingredients in large bowl. Add eggs, milk, oil, vanilla, and water. Mix until well blended. Do not over mix.

Pour batter into two 9 inch pans, bake 30-35 minutes
For cupcakes, fill paper cups 2/3 full and bake 20 minutes (30 cupcakes)

(great with the peanut butter buttercream frosting recipe)
