4 oz Bittersweet chocolate, chopped
6 tbsp butter
2 eggs
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup flour

Preheat oven to 400º

Butter and sugar 4 oz ramekins
In a double boiler melt chocolate and butter, whisk until blended
In a large bowl whisk eggs, sugar and flour until just blended. Gradually whisk the chocolate mixture in until combined.
Evenly divide mixture into the ramekins, using about 1/3 cup for each
Place ramekins on baking sheet, bake for 10-12 minutes until the tops are firm and beginning to crack and edges are set
Remove from oven and serve immediately. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve with ice cream.
