1 Lemon Yellow Cake Mix
2# Ricotta cheese
3 eggs
3/4 cups sugar
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º
Prepare cake mix as directed on box
Pour into greased and floured 13x9 pan
Beat together Ricotta Cheese, eggs and sugar
Lay Mixture onto cake batter
Bake for 60 minutes and test for doneness. When done, turn off over, open oven door and leave in oven until cool
