2 cups cooked chicken, cubed (rotisserie chicken works well)
2 - 8 oz bricks cream cheese
1 cup Blue cheese dressing
6 to 8 oz Frank's hot sauce to taste
1 cup diced celery
8 oz Monterrey Jack shredded

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º

Melt cream cheese 1 at a time in a saucepan on medium heat
Stir in dressing and hot sauce
Remove from heat and stir in celery and chicken
Pour ingredients into a 13"x 9" pan
Top with Monterrey Jack Cheese
Bake for 25 minutes
Serve with Scoops chips
