12 oz. semi sweet chocolate chips (I used Ghirardelli)
1 cup pecans
caramel apple dip

Melt chocolate in a double boiler (or can microwave). Spread melted chocolate on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Press nuts into chocolate. Chill. Then drizzle caramel sauce over it, and chill again
