1 pre-baked pie shell
2 heaping T cornstarch
1 small pkg. strawberry jello
1 cup sugar
1.5 cups water
1 tub of cool whip
Directions:
Directions:
Cook sugar, cornstarch, and water until clear and thick. Once thickened, add the Jello and stir until dissolved. Pile fresh strawberries high in the shell and pour the mixture over the strawberries. Refrigerate until jellied. Cover with cool whip and garnish with a sliced strawberry. You can also add dry strawberry jello to the cool whip for extra flavor.
