Flounder fillets
Italian breadcrumbs
Egg
Milk
Butter and/ or olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Heat a frying pan with the butter/oil
Beat the egg and milk
Dip the flounder in the egg mix
Dip the flounder into the breadcrumbs
Fry it for 5-8 minutes depending upon how thick the fish is
Flip and fry the other side
Serve with Parmesan noodles and green beans
