4 egg whites (no yolks)
1/4 Cup white granulated sugar
1 tsp Vanilla

Directions:

preheat oven 350

Beat egg whites in a very clean bowl and beater. (no trace of oil or egg yolks)
Slowly add sugar while beating.
Add Vanilla.
Beat until mixture forms peaks. Do not overbeat or they will be dry.
Spoon onto pie.
