2 pkgs. frozen chopped spinach (thawed and drained)
4 eggs beaten
2 cups p. farm herb seasoned stuffing mix
1/2 teaspoon thyme
1 med. Onion finely chopped
¾ cup melted butter
½ cup Parmesan cheese
dash of garlic salt

mix, chill and roll in a ball

slice or spoon on to a greased pan

Bake at 350 degrees – 15 minutes to 20 minutes until heated through and browned.
