Fruits
1 c pineapple chunks - save liquid
1 jar Maraschino cherries
2 small c Mandarin oranges - drained
4 banana's - chopped
1 or 2 apples - chopped
Green grapes - a bunch - cut in half
1 med bag small marshmallow's

Dressing
4 T flour
3 T sugar
1 T butter - melted
Juice from 1 can of pineapples
2 eggs
1 small heavy whipped cream

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare dressing a day in advance. Mix flour and sugar - add some of the pineapple juice - enough so that the mixture will pour. Heat remaining juice in saucepan - add flour mixture. Cook directly over fire until slightly thickened. Place in a double boiler or in another pan with hot water in it - add butter and beaten eggs. Cook until very thick - stir constantly. Refrigerate over night - fold in whip cream - mix with all fruits.
