6 T butter
Onion - 1 - chopped finely
Green chili's - 3 - 4 oz cans - chopped and drained
Plum tomato's - 4 - 14 oz cans - drained and chopped
Cream cheese - 12 oz - chopped
Chicken broth - 2 - 14.5 oz cans
3 c Half & half
Lemon juice
Cayenne pepper, S&P
Corn tortilla strips
Green onion - chopped
Monterrey Jack cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in large saucepan - add onion and cook until translucent. Add chili's and tomato's - cook 8 to 10 min, cooking until liquid evaporates. Add cream cheese - cook until cheese melts. Add broth, half & half, lemon juice, cayenne and S&P - heat - do not boil. Serve with tortilla chips, green onions & cheese.
