Cornbread uses 2 boxes of Jiffy cornbread mix
1 can of mexicorn
1 cup of grated cheddar cheese (use good brand)
2 eggs
2/3 cup milk or until until right consistency

Directions:
Directions:
Mix and bake in muffin pan (suggest you use paper liners the large ones)

Bake at 400 degress for 15-20 minutes.
