Ingredients:

4-5 vidalia onions saute until translucent
I pkg of celery- use entire thing leaves and all- saute in separate pan (Do not over cook)
1 tube of sausage
2 lbs lean ground beef
2 pkg. McCormick original chili mix
2 pkg. McCormick medium chili mix
2 cans cubed tomatoes
2 large cans whole tomatoes (break up with hands)
1 can black beans
1 lg can Lima beans
1 can great northern beans
2 kidney beans in chili sauce (Bush's) add as is
Lowery's garlic salt
Black pepper
¼ to ½ cup Hines ketchup

Add

Drain and Add:
1 can black beans
1 lg can Lima beans
1 can great northern beans

2 kidney beans in chili sauce (Bush's) add as is

Lowery's garlic salt
Black pepper
¼ to ½ cup Hines ketchup

Mix all together and simmer 45 minutes

Bake at 400 egress for 15-20 minutes
