2-3 lb. Chuck Roast
1 Can Beef Consomme
1 pkg. of Lipton Onion soup powder
Butter
Hogie rolls

Directions:
Directions:
1. Empty Consomme into a slow cooker…add the roast
2. Cook 8 hours on low or 4 hours on high
3. Remove the Roast and shred with fork
4. Add to the Consomme 1 pkg. of Lipton Onion soup powder

To Eat:

Butter and lightly toast a Hogie roll….while still hot add “Colby Jack/and Mozerello cheese
Fill the roll with the shredded roast (Put the juice from the crock pot into individual small serving bowls
Dip the sandwich into the juice and devour….IT IS GOOD
