4 boneless chicken breasts
2 c flour
2 c grated parmesan cheese
2 c bread crumbs
2 eggs
Milk - @2 c
Butter - a lot
Lemon - to taste
S&P

Directions:
Directions:
Clean chicken. Beat breasts until very thin, then cut into a couple of cutlets - depends on the size you want.

In 3 separate containers mix -
*Milk & eggs
*Flour - seasoned w/ S&P
*Bread crumbs & parmesan cheese mixed well

Dredge each chicken piece 1) flour 2) milk mixture and 3) parm/bread crumb mixture. Place on a platter and refrigerate for about 30 min.

Fry in melted butter - cooks very quickly and you will need to keep adding butter. Serve with a spritz of lemon to taste.
