20 c popped corn
2 c brown sugar
1 c butter
1/2 c white corn syrup
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp soda
1 tsp vanilla
Peanuts (opt)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 250. Combine the brown sugar, butter, corn syrup and salt. Boil for 5 minutes. Add the soda and vanilla. Put the popped corn in a large roaster, pour the cooked caramel mixture over the popped corn. Stir to coat popcorn. Bake at 250 for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes. Peanuts maybe added before baking. Cool. Stores well in air tight container.
