1 c flour
˝ c chopped nuts
˝ c butter
Speck of salt

Filling:
1 c powdered sugar
8 oz cream cheese
6 oz container Cool Whip

2 small boxes vanilla pudding (NOT instant pudding)
3 c milk
Additional chopped nuts and/or maraschino cherries (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix crust ingredients together and press into 9 x 13” pan (or 9 x 9”). Bake for 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Do not overbake – bake until just slightly brown. Chill crust.

Cream together powdered sugar, cream cheese, and 1 c of the Cool Whip. Spread on cooled crust layer and chill.
Cook 2 small boxes of vanilla pudding in 3 c milk until thick and bubbly. Cool and pour over the first two layers.

Spread remaining Cool Whip (from 6 oz container) over layers. Sprinkle with chopped nuts and garnish with maraschino cherries if desired.

Refrigerate overnight. Keeps well for several days in fridge.
