1 cup plus 2 tablespoons flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup unsalted butter at room temperature
1/2 cup firmly packed light brown sugar
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
3/4 cup walnuts (toasted)
1/2 cup shredded coconut

Directions:
Directions:
Stir together flour, baking soda and salt in a small bowl. Set aside. Stir together the egg and vanilla in a small bowl.

Beat butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar on medium speed until just mixed, about 20 seconds. Scrape down sides of bowl. Add egg mixture to butter mixture and beat well, about 10 seconds. Reduce speed to low, slowly add dry ingredients and beat until just blended. Stir in chocolate chips, walnuts and coconut.

Position rack in center of oven and preheat to 375 degrees. Spray 2 baking sheets with cooking spray or line with parchment paper.

Drop rounded Tbsps of dough 2” apart onto baking sheets. Bake until golden brown, 10-12 minutes. Let cool on baking sheets for 2-3 minutes, then transfer to wire racks and let cool completely.
