3 10 oz packages frozen chopped broccoli (or 2 14 oz bags)
1 c sliced celery
1 can cream of mushroom soup
8 oz sour cream
1 4 oz jar diced pimentos
1 1/2 c shredded yellow cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º

Place broccoli in microwave safe dish, and cook according to package directions
Slice celery and steam (in microwave, steam in water for approximately 2 minutes)
Drain cooked broccoli and celery thoroughly, and drain water from jar of pimentos
Mix all ingredients except the cheese in an oven safe dish - approx 9x9 for a thicker variety, or 9x13 for thinner

Top with cheese

Cook in oven for approximately 20 minutes, or until center is warm and cheese is melted and bubbly
