14 oz sweetened shredded coconut
2/3 cup sugar
1/4 cup all purpose flour
1/4 tsp salt
4 egg whites
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup chocolate chips
Whole toasted almond (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 and coat 9x9 inch baking pan with spray. In medium bowl, combine coconut, sugar, flour and salt. Add egg whites and vanilla and mix. Press mixture into pan and bake 20 minutes and let cool. Melt chocolate chips and drizzle over bars, then press almonds on top. Let cool.
